Orders received by 2pm AEDT are shipped the same day.

Any orders placed outside of our operating hours will be shipped on the first business day back.

For payments made via Bank Deposit or PayPal, your order will not be shipped until your payment has been cleared. 

Australian Shipping:

Regular Post: (3-18 business days) Australia Post 

Express Post (with tracking): Australia Post Express (1-5 business days with tracking)

• $7.25 (HALF PRICE) for Orders over $120.00 AUD

International Shipping:

International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country, and may result in delays. Also, upon delivery, international orders may incur a local import duty and/or local tax based on the value of the order. The purchaser is responsible for payment of any duty or tax incurred at the destination country.

New Zealand: Standard Pack & Track International 8-15 business days. 

• $18.00 for Orders up to $119.99 AUD
• $9.00 (Half-Price) for Orders over $120.00 AUD

ALL other countries (Excluding the UK): Standard Pack & Track International (limited tracking) 20+ business days 

• $26.00 for Orders up to $139.99 AUD
• $13.00 (Half-Price) for Orders over $140.00 AUD

PLEASE NOTE: You select your shipping option AFTER you have selected "Go to Checkout" proceeded through your payment option and entered your shipping address, you can then choose your preferred shipping option.
