Care: Solid salve — apply after cleaning the area with antibacterial soap; twist off the cap, push up from the base of the tube, and apply liberally as needed. Pumice stone — use after hands have softened in water (e.g. in the shower), rubbing back and forth over calluses to maintain an even height. Hands as Rx cream — apply at least once daily, ideally before bed.
