The DB200 is a great grip for the first time dowel grip user. It is narrower and smaller than the standard and narrow width grip. It is great for gymnasts with smaller and narrower hands. It comes with a buckle strap to hold the grip on the wrist. The strap is smaller and narrower than the standard width grips. The leather breaks in easier and helps the smaller gymnast keep more of their hand on the bar and feel their swing.
